fitlet3 FC3-LAN and FC3-POED Ethernet controller change

Overview

• Due to EOL announcement of the Ethernet controller Intel I211-AT it will be replaced by Intel I210-AT. The differences between them are minor, and I210-AT includes all the features of I211-AT. Intel I210-AT will be available through 2035.

Hardware Implications

• In FC3-LAN and FC3-POED FACET CARDS Intel I211-AT LAN chip will be replaced by Intel I210-AT

Software Implications

• Intel drivers of I211-AT also support I210-AT.
• Device ID of I210-AT is 0x1533
