  • This page contains information of how to update the Tensor-I20's firmware.
Important:
* BIOS update recommended in case the system is unstable, or required fixes have been released. * Incorrect BIOS update has a risk for system brick, therefore follow the guide step-by-step.

Preparing the USB Flash Drive with BIOS Updater

  1. Connect your USB Flash Drive (UFD) to your computer and format it to FAT32 file system
  2. Download and extract the latest Tensor-I20 BIOS ready package.
  3. Extract the update package to the root of the UFD

Updating BIOS

  1. Connect the prepared UFD to the target Tensor-I20 and power up.
  2. Press the F7 during the boot until the Select boot device menu appears.
  3. Select the UFD on the menu and press ENTER
  4. The system will boot to the EFI Shell, and after 5 seconds, the automatic script will start.
    Note: Do not press ESC while the countdown.
  5. The BIOS flashing process will start
  6. Follow on-screen instructions
  7. After the flash completing, the system will restart. Press the DEL key during the boot until the BIOS Setup appears.
  8. Navigate to the Save&Exit menu.
  9. Click on the Restore Defaults option.
  10. Click on Save Changes and Exit option.
