FITLET3ERR001: fitlet3 SIM card detection issue
- Date: 21-Feb-2023
- Symptom: When the SIM card drawer is inserted properly the SIM card is not detected.
- Applies to: FITLET3 Rev 1.0 and Rev 1.1
- Cause: Erratum in SIM recognition integrated circuit
- Workaround: The unit should be RMA for hardware fix
- Fix: Will be fixed in the upcoming SBC-FLT3 rev 1.2
FITLET3ERR002: fitlet3 Audio controller is not working
- Date: 21-Feb-2023
- Symptom: No audio output
- Applies to: FITLET3 with PCB revision: Rev 1.0 and Rev 1.1
- Cause: The I2S interface form the SoC is not working
- Workaround: RMA
- Fix: Will be fixed in the upcoming SBC-FLT3 rev 1.2
- Date: 21-Feb-2023
- Symptom: Entering the BIOS menu takes a minute or more
- Applies to: FPCB revision: Rev 1.0 and Rev 1.1 with BIOS version : FLT3.PRD.00.03
- Workaround: None
- Fix: [Update the BIOS to the latest version]
Note: This delay occurs only when booting into the BIOS menu and does not affect OS boot.
FITLET3ERR004: fitlet3 Bluetooth on the soldered Wi-Fi module is not working
- Date: 22-Feb-2023
- Symptom: W210S Bluetooth on the soldered Wi-Fi module is not working
- Applies to: PCB revision: Rev 1.0 and Rev 1.1 with configuration option : W210S
- Workaround: None
- Fix: Will be fixed in the upcoming SBC-FLT3 rev 1.2
Note: This issue is not related to M.2 WiFi module (M.2 6GHz WiFi + BT Intel AX210 [W210M])
FITLET3ERR005: fitlet3 default LAN interfaces are not recognized by some -nix based OS
- Date: 28-Feb-2023
- Symptom: Intel Ethernet PHY (Marvell 88E1512)) LAN interfaces are not working under some -nix based OS, like pfSence, Debian, OPNSense ant others.
- Applies to: PCB revision: Rev 1.0 and Rev 1.1
- Workaround: Using FC3-LAN or FC3-OPLN FACET card instead.
- Fix: All -Nix based OS, running Linux Kernel version 5.15.046 and above, correctly recognize these on-board ports
Note 1: The workaround above is not possible in case of necessity of using WiFi module, either soldered or M.2 module. Note 2: So far, the following OS have been found to not support these on-board ports: Debian 11 (with Kernel 5.10), OPNSense (based on FreeBSD ver. 13.1), FreeBSD v13.1 Note 3: So far, the following OS have been tested and found support these on-board ports: Ubuntu 22.10, 22.04 ; Linux Mint 21.1 "Vera".
FITLET3ERR006: Missing drivers in Windows 10/11 OS
- Date: 07-Mar-2023
- Symptom: Windows 10 Device Manager shows missing drivers and unknown devices
- Applies to: All revision with BIOS version : FLT3.PRD.00.03
- Workaround: None
- Fix: [Update the BIOS to the latest version]
Notes:
- The first boot after the BIOS update might take a long time and several restarts.
- For Windows users only:
- After the BIOS update, the new undefined devices will appear in the Device Manager.
- Please install the PSE drivers:

FITLET3ERR007: PXE boot does not work

FITLET3ERR008: Wake On Lan feature does not work in all states
