Fitlet2 ineffective power button action on Windows 10

Reproducing the issue:

  1. Navigate to - Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Power Options\Edit Plan Settings
  2. Change advanced power settings
  3. Power buttons and lid
  4. Power button action: Sleep/Hibernate/Shutdown/Turn off the display
Configuring the the power button action is not effective.
System can be shutdown from OS or brute shut down (long press power button)
