Preparing the USB Flash Drive with BIOS Updater

  1. Connect the USB Flash Drive (UFD) to the computer and format it to FAT32 file system
  2. Download and extract Bios Updater package
    The package contains the following files:
    Flash.nsh
    FwUpdLcl.efi
    ShellFlash64.efi
    Startup.nsh
  3. Copy the extracted files to the prepared UFD
  4. Download and extract BIOS Files Package
    The package contains the following files:
    Bios.cap
    Me.bin
  5. Copy the extracted files to the prepared UFD

Updating BIOS

  1. Connect the prepared UFD to the Airtop and boot.
  2. Press F5 during the boot until the One Time Boot menu appears.
  3. Choose the Internal Shell boot option.
  4. The system will boot to the EFI Shell and after 4 seconds the automatic script will start.
  5. The script will find the storage device with BIOS update application and start the BIOS update process.
  6. When the process ends, the system will reboot automatically.
