Does not see msata drive

I have a new fit-pc3 that I installed memory and a 500gb msata drive and when I attempt to install Ubuntu server it can not find the drive. I have updated the bios to the latest.

Please advise

I've tried all of that with no help.

I was hoping for someone to tell me that I have to change a BIOs setting, but I will send this in an email to support.

What is the memory module PN? It must be non-ECC module.
I suggest to try another memory on the fit-PC3. and try this memory on other computer.
In addition I suggest to run memtest.

It is DDR3L low voltage memory, operating at 1.35V.
Fit-PC3 memory controller designed to operate at 1.5V, and appears on computer spec.
Please replace to DDR3 1.5V memory modules.
