Previously, I used my FitPC3 on a fixed power source, and I started it with the small button at the back.
Now I have a new system with a central power switch. I want to change the FitPC3 so that it automatically starts if I switch the power on. I think that must be possible (like my previous computer did) and that the setting must be made somewhere in the BIOS. But unfortunately I cannot find it. Maybe it is something with ACPI, but whatever I tried, it didn't seem to work.
Can someone tell me how it's done?
Thx, Erik.
automatic start after power loss
Re: automatic start after power loss
In the BIOS:
AMD -> Chipset Settings -> AC Loss Control Settings
AMD -> Chipset Settings -> AC Loss Control Settings

My initial setting was 'Power On', but that didn't work for some reason.mbirger wrote:In the BIOS:

Then I changed it to 'Last State', and it didn't work, either.
Then I put it back to 'Power On', and now it does work!
I don't know why it didn't work the first time, but that doesn't matter now anymore.
Thanks for helping me.
Erik.
