Unbranding doesn't work completely

I looked at the BIOS release notes and the July 21st, 2009 version listed "Unbranding".
I am using the latest May 12th, 2010 BIOS.
From Windows, if I run "dxdiag.exe", the System Information will show Compulab as the System Manufacturer and the System Model is SBC-FITPC2 and the BIOS shows Ver 1.00PARTTBLi.
Can this be completely unbranded so the System Manufacturer and System Model is blank, and can the BIOS show the correct version/date?
