No mon driver, VNC screen size too small

I have managed to upgrade the Fit-2PCi to the 'No Monitor driver', Headless driver. OS is WinXP.

Screen resolution on the Fit-2PCi is now 640x480. This resolution is fixed!
However, when using VNC to access the PC the VNC screen on the PC used for VNC access to the Fit-2PCi is too small.
Compared with VNC contact to other WinXP PC's with higher screen resolution , the VNC screen has a normal size and programs to be controlled via VNC are access with no problem. This is not the case then the VNC access is done to the Fit-2PCi.
Please inform how to increase the No Monitor Fit-2PCi screen resolution so I can access it via a VNC interface screensize that is practical to use.
