Hi

I can stream out with Fit-PC2 using VLC and a multicast address. I am receiving also a stream from a unicast address using VLC.

But I cannot receive (with VLC) a stream sent from a multicast address.

The same stream with multicast address works in a windows machine (not FIT-PC2)

Looks like Fit-PC2 (ubuntu) is blocking the receiving of multicast streams, but sending out multicast streams is working

No firewall is enable in Fit-PC2. Does anybody can tell me how to enable VLC (or ubuntu) to receive a multicast stream?

(Try to install the last version of VLC anyway, since you'll never have the last release of VLC with Ubuntu).
