I have the same problem after updating the BIOS to SBCFLT_0.08.08 as described by Londo.
I tried all the steps on troubleshooting page and reflashed the BIOS but nothing works.
Can anybody tell me where I can download the previous BIOS (SBCFLT_0.08.04) because I need to get this unit working again.
