Strange Noise

Hi I bought my Fit PC-2 with 160 Gb HDD with windows, and i have old bios

I have problem it started soon after I switch on my PC,

here is that strange noise and I don't know what it is.

when HDD is writing or reading it is ok(this noise is not that..) but this noise looks like when HDD is switch off and on short after that..but i can' be sure..
can you help me? I think it is HDD but I'm not sure
everything looks Ok but this noise is loud and it is doing maybe 1 per 4-5 minutes and most of the time when I am doing something..

This kind of noise is not considered a fault by the disk manufacturer but since fit-pc2 is designed to give near silent operation we will accept it on RMA for disk replacement.
