Ok if the new intense goes to sleep it doesn't wake up with movement of Logitech K810 keyboard or the Logitech Dark Field Anywhere MX mouse, The Mouse use a Unifying USB dongle. The Keyboard the Bluetooth 4.0 in the WIFi module.
Ok what's the deal here Fit-Pc. The Fit-PC3 didn't do this. Has it gone so far a sleep that it's turn off all the USB PORTS and can't see the movement of the devices anymore.
Any ideas here on this?

Please check that you allow your mouse device to wake up your PC from the sleep state. You can see it in the power management tab

gabrielh,
I'm looking. But I don't see that option.
Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Power Options\Edit Plan Settings
Advanced.
It does make sense I should see it. But it's not there? Any ideas.
As right now I disabled sleep. But I still need to resolve that issue in this build.

Re: Ok if the new intense goes to sleep it does't wake up
gabrielh,
Allow this device to wake u the computer was checked.
I think it more basic than this. I think its the over power state level turning off the USB port power I think it goes to far into sleep.
I need some way detailing exactly what the Sleep mode is doing with the power states.

Do you use an HDD or an mSATA drive as your system drive?

Re: Ok if the new intense goes to sleep it does't wake up
I suggest you to try the following steps:
1. Try to use a corded mouse to see if you are able to wake up your Intense PC
2. Try to launch an Ubuntu Live system to see if you can reproduce your issue under a "clean" system.
