Do "support" even bother reading this forum?
I posted a simple hardware question over a week ago and have had no reply from support.
Can this really be called a support forum? Or is it just a place where owners can plead for help from other owners? Replies from actual support people are very thin on the ground.

PC2i wireless chipset question
I have a PC2i SSD 16Gb Linux Mint, serial # 1130508-10712 I am having trouble booting the latest FreeBSD 10.1 release; it kernel panics loading the wireless driver on bootup. PC2i and pfSense - What's the consensus
There is plenty of talk in the forums about issues around the Realtek ethernet controllers, but no actual success stories I can find.
Has anyone got pfSense working on a PC2i? If so, were there any "Gotchas" ?
It would be useful to know before I give it a go.
