fitpc2 fails to boot, power on light but no BIOS

After pressing the power button I get a green light, a brief HD light and the disk spinns up, but nothing more, not even BIOS. Just to be sure I removed the HD and booted, same response...

Any ideas on how to proceed?

Have tried different monitors and keyboard/mouse, so I'm sure its not that simple.
