FITPC3ERR001: DisplayPort

- Applies to revision(s): 1.0 to 2.3
- Cause: DisplayPort management interface wrong pulls. DP1.2 spec requires 100k PD on AUX+ and 100k PU on AUX, while fit-PC3 design uses the opposite
- Workaround:N/A
- Fix: Fixed in revision 2.4
