fitPC3 - fitPC3i BIOS

I own a fitPC3 and 2 fitPC3i computers. I applied the latest BIOS (2.1.0.333_14) to all 3 computers. It appears that my Ethernet ports are no longer working (no link lights) and it shows an error on the serial port in Windows 7 Professional (x64 bit version) for just the 3i computers. Is it possible this BIOS is only for the fitPC3 and not the fitPC3i computers?
I have checked the BIOS settings and I don't see any clues or the ability to disable the LAN functionality (not using LAN boot).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
