FreeBSD 8.1 suffers the same problem. Unfortunately, the solution for Linux (placing reboot=b in the grub config) does not work with FreeBSD since it doesn't use grub nor does it have a reboot option with bootflags.

Given this problem happens under both Linux and FreeBSD - I suspect the BIOS. Has any of the dev's reproduced this? Status?

Actually, for Linux users, the lastest kernels are now patched. We don't need "reboot=b" option anymore.

About the BIOS, the only thing Linux users have got to do is setting "Processor Full Speed" to "GV3 Only" in the BIOS.
