Re: IPC4
Yes, I really need 10 GbE for multi camera acquisition. We use the FM-4LAN and Intel teamed Nics today. Microsoft/Intel totally messes up that driver on a 6 month update schedule.

Re: Change in IPC3 available configurations
That is actually good news! I have a pile of failed DDR4 modules here in my drawer. Never saw any problems in the IPC2.

Re: As a buyer and Owner of an IntensePC looking at the IPC3
One small detail in the Nov 2017 - IPC3 Owners Manual:
"2x SO-DIMM 204-pin DDR4 SDRAM memory slots".
It should be 260-pin.

Re: As a buyer and Owner of an IntensePC looking at the IPC3
Hi - I just noted that the current IPC3 spec supports M.2 2280 nvme/SATA and DDR4@2133. That is just brilliant!

Re: Fitlet2 SSD Option
I found it in the Q&A. (https://fit-iot.com/web/products/fitlet2/fitlet2-qa/)
* Vanilla fitlet2 can take M.2 M-key 2260 / 2242 SATA SSDs.
* Some FACETs (like FC-LAN, FC-USB) do not interfere with the SSD.
* Some FACETs (like FC-CEL, FC-PCIe) allow installing M.2 M-key 2280 SATA SSDs.

Could you tell us which FACETs will allow for M.2 2280?

Can I remove the footstand
Hi, I want to mount the Airtop onto an existing 19" fan-plate. The integrated footstand will be in the way of the airstream. Can I easily remove it to machine holes in it or just replace it with something else? Thanks for the help.

Re: Windows 10 Drivers
Ok, so your recommendation for Windows 10 is to stay on the automatically installed drivers from Microsoft Update. I assume that this advice is valid also for IPC3 and Fitlet. Thanks!
Perhaps you can put a note on the driver download pages, e.g. fit-pc.com/wiki/index.php/IPC2:_Software

Re: As a buyer and Owner of an IntensePC looking at the IPC3
The IPC2 platform has served my company extremely well as an affordable, rugged, 12VDC platform with standard Intel Components and Win10. When the IPC2 was new, it actually contained everything on my wish list. I have switched to the IPC3 mainly for the slightly lower price, the slightly higher CPU-...
